WHAT IF I SEE A DESIGN I LIKE BUT IT IS NOT AVAILABLE ON THE CLOTHING I WANT?

I SEE SOME OF YOUR SHIRTS ARE RING-SPUN COTTON OR COMBED COTTON.  WHAT IS THAT?

The yarn that is created for ring-spun cotton is spun in a way that produces stronger, longer strands that are soft, extremely durable and free from the rough texture of standard raw cotton. The process of continuously spinning, twisting, and thinning the cotton strands is what yields long, soft strands. 

Combed cotton is softer than regular cotton because it doesn't have any impurities or short protruding threads, and it is stronger than regular cotton because the combing process removes short fibers, which are prone to breakage.

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?

All orders are subject to a handling period before shipment, usually 2 - 3 business days.

Most orders leave the warehouse within 3 - 5 business days after receipt of payment.

You will then receive notification of both processing and shipment.  Apparel typically arrives in 2 weeks.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not been processed.  After they have been processed we cannot guarantee that your order will be cancelled.

I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS.  CAN I CORRECT IT?

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address.  kittywhiskersclub.com cannot be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.  In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.

In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes be paid. These will be the responsibility of the buyer under all circumstances. kittywhiskersclub.com will not be held responsible for customs taxes.

I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE.  CAN I REPLACE IT?

Please refer to our sizing charts in the description before ordering.  If a product is semi-fitted we will note that in the description.  Because all of our merchandise is made to order we cannot offer refunds for wrong sizes, unless we sent you the wrong product.

I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.  WHAT SHOULD I DO?

All of our products are made to order.  If your product is defective please reach out to us at contact@kittywhiskersclub.com.  We will ask you to take a photograph and send it to us.  If the product is defective we will replace it.

WHEN WILL MY ITEMS ARRIVE?

Items shipped and received within the US will typically arrive in 1 - 2 weeks.  Please allow up to 3 - 4 weeks delivery time for some other items, as they may be shipping from other countries.

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

Our products are made and shipped from the United States.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons items will sometimes be sent in separate packages.  Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.  If you have any other questions please contact us.

WHY DON'T I SEE THE SAME DEAL ON YOUR WEBSITE THAT I SEE ADVERTISED ON FACEBOOK?
